ENGR. NDUKA-AGUH FELIX

Following the civil service regulation, the Deputy Director Electrical/Electronic Engineering Engr. Nduka Aguh Felix on the 26^th October 2018 retired from the Service of Imo River Basin Development Authority Owerri under the Federal Ministry of Water Resources Abuja.

Engr. Nduka Aguh Felix was born on the 26^th 1958 in Umuabi in Udi Local Government Area of Enugu State.

He obtained B. ENG. (HONS) degree in electrical electronics engineering from Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 1999 and Diploma from Federal Polytechnic Bid Niger State in 1982.
