As approved at the last AGM, Chief Aloysius C. Okafor was confirmed the Chairman of the Board while Barr (Mrs) Miriam E. Ezeike Obuna was confirmed the Management Director.

As a result of pressure of work Mr Ezeugwu requested for replacement of his membership of the Board as (ESUT) Management on 6th October, 2017 he introduced Chief Charles Ogbodo. Consequently, Chief Charles Ogbodo was appointed to replace him on the Board pending his confirmations by the shareholders at the AGM.

Consequently, the members of the Board are as follows
